This will allow you in the future to control your module easily and safely with your smartphone without complicated key combinations. When required, the module can be deactivated without having to remove it. The SKF Speed App has helpful features and provides useful information. The mileage in Skoda’s virtual cockpit may differ from the gearbox. Diagnostic testers can easily read the real data.

For the mode that alters the mileage entirely, we allow a deviation of up to 1% of the driven distance. Provided details about stopped mileage are only approximations, and there might be such minor differences.

ACTIVATION & DEACTIVATION

Change modes via smartphone app or press the OK button for 10 seconds

MODE SELECTION WITHOUT MULTI-WHEEL – Press the Wiper lever down 3 times (switch from mode to mode with the Windscreen Wiper lever)

Mode 1
The kilometers are stopped at 100%

In this mode, when you exceed 40 km/h, the speedometer will not work anymore. To use this option, you have to activate Mode 1 and park/turn off the car for 2 minutes.

Mode 2
20% of the actual mileage is recorded

The speed indicator works without any interference

Mode 3
30% of the actual mileage is recorded

The speed indicator works without any interference

Mode 4
The kilometers are counted at 100%

The module is deactivated

Skoda Scala Kilometer Stopper tool always maintains the last applied settings. Hence, you don’t have to change the settings before starting a car next time.

Warning

The Kilometer Stopper is only for testing and tuning purposes and should not be used on public roads. Unlike the speedometer calibration tools, our module is not intended for fraudulent purposes.

Bug fixed

The check engine light will no longer light up due to our device.

On many vehicles from the end of 2020, the check engine light would go on and off after some time. Later, this would happen at regular intervals. This issue is now fixed.
